Thanks for the info and fast response.

I also heard that you can improve the responsiveness of the FFB by setting the FFB power in W1now$ control panel to 110%. Do you guys know anything about this?

The following is a list of my current settings:

W1ndow$ control panel - game controllers:
    Degrees of rotation = 400
    overall effect = 110%
    spring effect = 0%
    damper effect = 0%

    GTR2:
FFB effects = low (choice of low, medium, high and full)
FFB strength = 100% (I am going to put this down a bit I think)
    speed sens steering = 0

I am using a G25. Do these settings seem about right to you?

    Thanks.

Yeah, basically with the Logitech wheels if you set overall force strength to 100% (or lower) the force strength isn't "linear". That means the forces are a bit weaker around the center to avoid oscillation. If you increase the strenght over 100%, you will in practice get more feel close to the center as the forces should be a bit stronger. The overall strength of the forces won't increase from 100% though.

That's my understanding of it anyway, I wish I had the post from the Logitech forum saved where they explained this.

Seems good to me. I use around 105% strength myself. I think it makes sense to use over 100% in the Windows panel and then adjust the strength in whatever sim you're running so that overall force level feels good to you.

Lower the rear sway bar to start, I image the setups are loose to help the car turn, maybe increase the front springs to stop it oversteering and finally lower caster

    Hello guys!

Sorry for bumping this old thread but I wonder if I could download Team Redline's GTR2 setups. I can't seem to find them anymore.

I have noticed years ago that Greger uses quite some extreme settings(like ARB setting over 200 etc) but I lost those sets in all these years since Sim-challenge.

I have this really fast competitor I race againts(he made a 1:27.0 at Zhuhai in race of 90mins, which is extremely fast if Huttu done a 25.8 qual time) so I need to find any tenth I can. Often I miss a few tenths so I think I can catch up with some more setup tests.

I have also noticed that some drivers always use FULL 7.0 caster setting for any gtr2 car. It seems to help with sharper turn-in which is what I can never have too much I wonder if there's any other settings that should be used to either lowest or max in GTR.

    Thanks for all your help!

    Cheers

Thanks for the heads up and if it's not online in the upcoming days, please give us a heads up!
