A team m8 of ours sent me a link to a free game being released from 10tacle that might be interesting.

Lets see how it will be:P I think it will be a mod of GTL though, the multi wasnt very good in gtl compared to rf, but free things are good!

Don't think I will win anything :o but you guys might....:D

Our team had a lot of fun racing the Cortina's & Alpha's in gtl and this will be a tweaked version to using more up to date car physics.

just gave this a whirl, a pretty lame effort, i don't think its even latest rfactor stuff in there, feels like i'm playing the isi engine from 2 years ago pre rf or something...just shoving 1 car, and some old track you have isn't making a game blimey!!

It's a promo for the new BMW M3 coupe. It's not supposed to be a game like rF. It's a very nice marketing effort from BMW, hats down. I like it, becouse i didn't except it to be a kickass sim. And afterall it's free.

It's pretty good. There are so many sims out with the ISI engine that everything just starts to feel the same and a bit boring. This is pretty much what I expected it to be though. I'm not into road cars in sims but this car seems to go around the corners surprisingly well...

I haven't tried it online yet so hopefully it won't be as bad as GTL sometimes was.

Its not bad, its still a road car in an ISI sim:P but it brings in new blood, its easy to get online and its free:)

I did a 2.11.5 yesterday, it can be bettered!

auch 2.11 that's really fast. 18 or 19 inch tires? and i saw fuel level drops after a while that effect also the car i guess. the tires too.

yup when choosing car colour. down there you can change tires too. 18" or 19" :) i guess i will be 2.10 with 19's
damn those pedals make a difference :( wheel too. still on stock logitech momo :(

2:10.8 here with the Bilstein suspension and the default car/tyres.

Was driving with Bilstein and 18", was I think 3rd or 4th timed lap after pitout. I also disabled the auto clutch from the .PLR file, which gives a little bit more speed on the straights than with it on.

Guys already commented in the chat that it looks like Initial D :p

@zoic - that's not quite fair is it? the thing with the auto clutch. most of the people don't know that :) but i must say it's a very nice time :) congrats!

nice time zo:P the 18" tyres seems faster as there is less understeer for me anyway:P i did a 2.11.1 without the chicane cut, though the initial D technique aka skandinavian flick yu would think it shud be slower...!

Hello all. How the hell you been???? George "Redline" Duff getting back in the action ;)

Got M3 Challenge, had a bit of fun with it ;) Went down the bottom of my garden, into the shed (YES I HAVE A SHED - OLD MAN NOW) and dusted of and WD40'ed my my kit. 2:11:8 so far :)

So what's being played right now? LFS :unsure: rfactor :D??

not playing that much a bit of rfactor and n2003, theres not alot out! its all ISI clones! lets hope someone does something new soon:P

bmw is ok until i found its quicker to powersilde initial D style round the track!
