With a dominant performance in this years ESCORS 2008, Andy Wilke took the title in style by winning the last race of the year at Homestead. The 31 year old from Düsseldorf has now claimed his 2nd ESCORS title which takes Team Redline's total to 7!
Andy later had this to say...
"It has been a strange season with highs such as winning 4 races in a row and some lows with Volker and Rich leaving the series. I would like to thank Rich for help with setups. Starting the chase I thought it would be over quickly as I started to get some problems, in the 3rd race which was my favourite at Dover my PC just rebooted, luckily I managed to rejoin and get to 12th. This was the story at many of the races however my main competitor, Gary Dumont also had his fair share of problems."
